PhD in Marine Technology

Thanks to Allah SWT that I had just received the good news that I can grad as M.Eng. (Master of Engineering) in Mechanical-Marine Technology in the upcoming Convo at UTM. At the same time I received a letter from the University that I am eligible to apply for full-time PhD by means of MyPhD sponsored by the Govt of Malaysia. The Govt will pay the fees & provide some basic allowance. PhD is highly demanding & tough especially if done locally.
Doing PhD overseas say in UK sounds interesting but is there any sponsor?
