Don't find fault, find a remedy. - HF.
Its much easier in finding faults of others but it is much more prudent & productive in helping/supporting of finding remedy to rectify the fault. This perhaps require some kind of teamwork or soul searching.
Once we find the remedy, perhaps we can utilise the knowledge gained in rectifying similar problems elsewhere.
