Kaizen (continual pursuit of perfection) principles; 1. Get rid of all old (false) assumptions. 2. Don't look for excuses, look for ways to make it happen 3. Don't worry about being perfect - even if you only get it half right “start NOW”! 4. It does not cost money to do KAIZEN. 5. If something is wrong “Fix it NOW”. 6. Good ideas flow when the going gets tough. 7. Ask "WHY" five (5) times - get to the root cause. 8. Look for wisdom from Ten (10) people rather than one. 9. Never stop doing KAIZEN.
