Dari Abu Umamah r.a meriwayatkan bahawa baginda Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Pergi ke masjid di waktu pagi dan petang adalah sebagai Jihad di Jalan Allah. (HR Tabrani). Dari Ibn Umar r.a meriwayatkan bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Barangsiapa berwudhuk walaupun dia masih suci (memperbaharui wudhuk), dia akan mendapat sepuluh kebaikan. (HR Abu Daud). Dari Abu Said Al-Khudri r.a meriwayatkan bahawa baginda Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Barangsiapa mencintai masjid dia akan dicintai oleh Allah. (HR Tabrani) Dari Abu Hurairah r.a meriwayatkan bahawa baginda Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Tiada sesuatu yang lebih mulia disisi Allah selain daripada doa. (HR Tirmizi). Dari Ali r.a meriwayatkan bahawa Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Doa adalah senjata bagi orang-orang mukmin, tiang bagi agama, dan nur bagi langit dan bumi. (HR Hakim). Dari Ibnu Abbas r.huma meriwayatkan bahawa baginda Rasulullah SAW bersabda: Seorang alim lebih ditakuti oleh syaitan daripada seribu orang abid. (HR Tirmizi).
