1kg daging hancur dibersihkan dan tos
Bahan A
5 ulas bawang merah, 4 ulas bawang putih, 1 inci lengkuas, 1 inci kunyit, 5 tangkai cili kering, 2 sudu besar ketumbar di goreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk halus, 2 sudu kerisik, 2 sudu besar gula merah
Bahan B 1/2 kg santan atau 3 kotak kecil santan garam gula air asam jawa
Cara-cara:
Bahan A dikisar dan ditumis hingga wangi
Gaulkan bahan A bersama daging yang telah ditos. Masukkan 1/3 daripada kesemua santan.Masak sehingga daging empuk. Tambah air jika perlu.Masa yang diambil utk daging empuk bergantung pada jenis periuk yg anda gunakan. Petuanya.. jangan masukkan garam selagi daging belum empuk.
Apabila daging empuk, masukkan kerisik, garam dan gula, baki santan dan air asam jawa. Jika santan kotak digunakan, ianya perlu dicairkan dengan air.
Masak sehingga mendidih. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
