Dalam sebuah hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW bersabda: Sesiapa yang menyenangkan orang yang susah Allah akan menyenangkannya di dunia dan akhirat. Sesiapa yang menutup keburukan seorang Muslim, Allah akan menutup keburukannya di dunia dan akhirat. Dan Allah akan menolong seorang hamba sebagaimana dia berusaha untuk menolong saudaranya. (riwayat Muslim). Justeru, konsep korban dan pengorbanan ini sama ada daripada segi masa, tenaga, wang ringgit dan juga harta sangat penting untuk mendapat keredaan Allah SWT. Segala amalan yang dilakukan atas nama Allah SWT pasti akan mendapat balasan yang baik di sisi-Nya.
