Among the attributes a Leader of the Muslim community must have: 1. Justice; 2. Enough knowledge to come to judgements according to Islamic principles; 3. Good health; 4. Physical mobility; 5. Ability to organize the people & Government offices efficiently; 6. Courage, - Imam al-Mawardi, "Al-Ahkam as-Sultaniyah."
