2. Mission: Why are you in this business? What's your passion? Why will customers buy this product or service?
3. Objectives: What are the goals? What accomplishments must you achieve to be successful? List your goals in specific terms, with targets & time frames.
4. Strategies: What has made your business successful to date? What will make it successful over time?
5. Plans: What specific projects & actions will be taken this year to achieve the objectives?
