Benar, Dia berkuasa. Dan Dialah Maha Pencipta lagi Maha Mengetahui. Sesungguhnya keadaan-Nya apabila Dia menghendaki sesuatu hanyalah berkata kepadanya : "Jadilah! maka jadi
وَقَالُواْ حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ (and they said: "Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.'') Al-Bukhari recorded that Ibn `Abbas said, ﴿حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ﴾ ("Allah Alone is Sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs for us.'') "Ibrahim said it when he was thrown in fire. Muhammad said it when the people said, `Verily, the people have gathered against you, therefore, fear them.' But it only increased them in faith, and they said, `Allah is Sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs for us.''' Abu Bakr Ibn Marduwyah recorded that Anas bin Malik said that the Prophet Muhammad SAW was told on the day of Uhud, "Verily, the people have gathered against you, therefore, fear them.'' Thereafter, Allah sent down this Ayah ﴿Glorious Quran 3:173﴾. This is why Allah said, ﴿فَانْقَلَبُواْ بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَّمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ﴾ (
5 Criteria For Assigning Tasks: One of the main things that a project manager is responsible for is allocating work to the correct resources. But how do you define who is the ‘correct’ resource for the job? If you give a task to someone who can’t do it you run the risk of it not being completed on time (or at all). If you give the task to someone who thinks it is not their job then they might not even make an effort to do any of the work. And worse, in both those situations, the individuals concerned might not make you aware that they aren’t working on the task until it is far too late in the project. This can cause problems with the schedule and workload for other team members. So, working out who to delegate the project activities to is important. Normally it will be quite obvious, especially if there is an element of specialist knowledge required and only one or two people on the team who could actually do it. But sometimes tasks are more generic and could be completed by a number o
A Muslim strives to promote the message of Islam through his word & actions. This striving is known as Jihad which means a striving & a struggle in the path of Allah SWT. It consists in exerting one's self to the utmost in order to personally follow the teachings of Islam & to work for their establishment in society. Jihad has been described in the Glorious Quran & Sunnah as the natural corollary of these pillars of faith. Commitment to Allah SWT involves commitment to sacrifice one's time, energy & wealth to promote the right cause. It may be necessary at times to give one's life in order to preserve Truth. Jihad implies readiness to give whatever one has, including his life, for the sake of Allah. Wallahu a'lam.
Human Rights - The Islamic Approach: When we speak of human rights in Islam we really mean that these rights have been granted by Allah SWT; they have not been granted by any king or by any legislative assembly. The rights granted by the kings or the legislative assemblies, can also be withdrawn in the same manner in which they are conferred. The same is the case with the rights accepted and recognized by the dictators. They can confer them when they please and withdraw them when they wish; and they can openly violate them when they like. But since in Islam human rights have been conferred by Allah SWT, no legislative assembly in the world, or any government on earth has the right or authority to make any amendment or change in the rights conferred by God. No one has the right to abrogate them or withdraw them. Nor are they the basic human rights which are conferred on paper for the sake of show and exhibition and denied in actual life when the show is over. Nor are they like philosop
