Draft Survey: Some Practical Aspects

Just been back from Antara Steel mill Sdn Bhd, Pasir Gudang Johor, after successfully conducting a short course on Draft Survey organized by UniKL MIMET. Based on the feedback from about 20 participants from the company, they had benefited much from the 2-day course which also comprised some theory, calculations & practical at the Johor Port.
Though the participants comprised a mix of engineers, technicians & even accountants, they had provided some positive feedback from the course. Some say that a BM (Malay) version would have benefited those who have weak command of English. That can be arranged in the future but the toughest part is to translate the technical marine terms in Malay.
